  Contact our dedicated Support Team within 14 days of receiving your sofa to request a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely packaged in its original protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Our specialized white-glove delivery partners will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the furniture from your home.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
